ZIP files can sometimes be tricky, especially with larger ones (5+GB). If you’re having trouble opening one of our product files—like errors while unzipping, empty folders, or missing content—here’s how to fix it:

We don’t limit the number of times you can download your purchased products!
If you switch devices or get a new studio computer, just head to the Downloads section in your account to re-download any pack you’ve purchased.
The same applies to our freebies, though they aren’t saved in your account’s downloads. You can always redownload them from our Freebie Vault.
Important: To ensure smooth downloads, avoid downloading multiple packs at the same time. Stick to one or two at a time to prevent slow downloads or temporary blocks.

Download one or two packs at a time:
Whether it’s freebies from our Freebie Vault or premium packs in your account, downloading more than two at once can slow things down. Our servers limit simultaneous downloads to prevent overloads, and downloading too many at once may even temporarily block further downloads.
If you get blocked, you’ll see an error message when trying to download new packs. Let your current downloads finish, wait about 10 minutes, and then resume downloading the remaining packs one at a time.
Use “Individual Downloads” when available:
For some of our larger packs, we now offer the option to download specific parts separately—like presets, samples, or project files. This also lets you choose which DAW-specific project files you need (FL Studio, Ableton Live, or Logic Pro) without downloading all three.
While we still provide the option to download everything at once, we highly recommend downloading individual parts whenever possible. It’s faster, more efficient, and saves storage space!
We do not offer free trials, but we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. This allows you to use and "try" the product for up to 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.
Our goal is to empower producers with our products. If you don't get any use out of one of our packs, we want you to get your money back so you can invest it elsewhere in your career.

The required version of Serum or Sylenth1 varies for each product as we continuously update our plugins. To ensure compatibility, we specify the version used for creating the presets on each product's page.
Using that specified version or a newer one will ensure smooth operation. We recommend keeping your plugins up-to-date to avoid compatibility issues with our presets.

Our project files are primarily designed for FL Studio, Ableton Live, and Logic Pro. Since each DAW has its own approach to updates and version compatibility, we recommend using the most recent version of your DAW.

Upgrading your products is easy! Here’s how it works.
Upgrading Regular to Pro Versions.
Currently, upgrades are only available for Artist Edition packs. If you own the Regular Version of a pack, you can upgrade to the Pro Version.

Upgrading product reworks.
For product reworks, upgrades are currently only available for ASHES. If you purchased the original “Illenium Edition” pack, you’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to ASHES.
Upgrading works the same here. Just log into your account, add ASHES to your cart, and the upgrade discount will apply automatically.
If something doesn’t work.
This one's for old customers: If you purchased a Regular version in a special bundle or during a launch sale, our site might not recognize that you own the product and won’t apply the upgrade discount.

We offer various types of sounds and tools in our products. Mainly soundbanks, sample packs, and project files.

Yes! All of our free products and premium products are covered by the same broad license agreement.
Which means no matter which product you get, the samples, loops, and presets inside are royalty-free.
That said, some of our products include project files. As outlined in the license agreement, these project files are for educational purposes only. They’re not royalty-free and cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Our license allows you to use our sounds as part of your music, but there are some restrictions. Here are some common ones:

Absolutely! You’re free to commercially use your compositions that include our sounds in many ways, including uploading them to streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and others.
Yes! You fully own the rights to your compositions created with our samples, loops, and presets.
However, the copyright for the individual sounds themselves remains with us. This means other customers can use the same sounds in their compositions without infringing on your copyright—and vice versa.
No, you don’t—and you shouldn’t! While we appreciate the thought and gesture, using our name or likeness ("Stickz") without permission is strictly prohibited. This includes listing us as a feature, collaborator, producer, or any other type of contributor in your compositions.
The same applies to our vocalists. If you use one of our royalty-free vocals, you may not use the vocalist’s name or likeness. We keep them anonymous, and even if you recognize them, using their name without permission is still strictly prohibited.
Yes. While we’re proud to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, receiving a refund means you no longer own the product and the rights to use it.
Once refunded, you lose the license outlined in our agreement. This means you cannot use the product in any form—commercially or non-commercially. Using it after a refund would be considered unauthorized use and therefore copyright infringement.
Short answer: Of course you can!
You can process, modify, and creatively alter any sample, preset, or loop from our packs to suit your production needs. Feel free to EQ sounds, compress them, reverse loops, slow them down, pitch samples, alter presets, and more.
While our sounds are designed to be high-quality and mix-ready right out of the box, we encourage you to apply your own processing, layering, and modifications to make them uniquely yours.
However, it's important to note that our sounds cannot be used to create competitive products, such as your own sample packs or preset packs. For example, modifying a preset or reversing a guitar loop does not transfer ownership of the original sound to you.

Yes! If the sample or loop is part of a larger composition, it’s fully covered by our royalty-free license—even if it’s soloed at the start or any other point in your track.

After checkout, you’ll land on the order summary page, where you can review your purchase and find a download button. Clicking it takes you straight to the Downloads section in your account.
By the way, you can access your downloads anytime! Even after checkout, all your products are always available in the Downloads section of your account.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal.
We accept most major currencies. All payments are processed in EUR, but if your bank or PayPal account uses a different currency, our payment processor will convert it for you.
To make things easier, you’ll see an estimated total in your local currency (USD, GBP, etc.) during checkout, alongside the EUR amount. Please note, this is an approximation—the final charge may vary slightly due to exchange rate changes or fees from your bank or payment provider.

We only sell digital products, so there’s no need for a shipping address—but we do need your billing address. Here’s why:

We use SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software, meaning your data is secured by fully encrypting it. Credit and debit card payments will also be secured through the 3D secure procedure.
Regarding your card details, we do not and cannot store any credit card info since we never have access to it ourselves. All purchases are handled through our secure third-party payment gateways—Stripe for credit and debit card payments and PayPal for PayPal payments.
Other sample pack sellers make it very clear that all sales are final — but we don't! We wholeheartedly believe in the sounds we sell, and if you aren't satisfied with them, get your money back.
Our goal is to empower producers and help them step up their production game. If you find absolutely no use in one of the packs you purchased from us, we want you to get your money back.
Instead of clogging up your sample library with more sounds you won't use, we believe you should have the option to invest your money elsewhere in your music career.

We’re based in the EU, so we charge Value Added Tax (VAT) for EU customers. The VAT rate is automatically adjusted based on your billing country during checkout.
Good news: product prices always include VAT. This means EU customers pay the same total price as non-EU customers. But don’t worry—we cover all tax fees, so your total won’t change, even if taxes apply in your region 👍
Since we’re based in the EU, we include Value Added Tax (VAT) in the price for all purchases made by EU customers. This ensures the total cost is consistent and transparent.
Currently, we don’t support VAT exemptions at checkout. However, we provide a detailed VAT invoice with every purchase. You can use this invoice to claim back the VAT through your financial institution or during your tax filings, depending on your local regulations.
Accounts on our website are solely used to manage your order history and product downloads. So you can't voluntarily create an account. However, once you purchase a product on our site, we will automatically create an account for you using the email address you provide at checkout.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Simply log in and go to the Account Data section within your account settings. From there, click the "Delete account" button and follow the instructions.
Please make sure to carefully read the warnings during the deletion process. Account deletions are permanent and cannot be undone, so be certain before proceeding.
We take your privacy and data security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information.
We are also simply not interested in your data and try to collect as little of it as possible. So we only collect data that we need to collect in order to offer our services. Any data we can avoid collecting, we avoid. Simply put, we sell sample packs and preset packs, not your data.
