Questions About Accounts

Accounts on our website are solely used to manage your order history and product downloads. So you can't voluntarily create an account. However, once you purchase a product on our site, we will automatically create an account for you using the email address you provide at checkout.

Note that if we created your account automatically during checkout, we email you a secure auto-generated password. If you haven't personalized your password manually, try finding that email. Alternatively, you can reset your password and set up a new one using our password recovery form.

All account details like your email, password and other account information can be edited on the account page. You will have to log into your account first if you are not already.

If you want to request a copy of all the personal information our site saved about you, email us. Please note that you will have to send the email using the same email address associated with your Stickz account.

At any time, you can delete your account and all data associated with it from our website. Head over to the account page, and hit the "Delete account" button at the bottom of the page. Please ensure you have read and understood the warnings given during the deletion process since account deletions are permanent and can't be reversed.
