ASHES is compatible with most Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs).

The Serum presets in ASHES are made for Xfer Serum. It's a third-party synth plugin. So, any DAW that can host third-party VST, AU, or AAX plugins, which are most major DAWs, will work.

The sample pack in ASHES contains samples and loops in the industry-standard .WAV format. Pretty much all major DAWs allow you to import and use these.

The project files in ASHES are specifically created for FL Studio, Ableton Live, and Logic Pro. Therefore, these can only be used in one of those DAWs.

ASHES is not a piece of software and does not need to be traditionally installed. You'll simply receive a .ZIP file, which is basically a folder, that has all the content inside. Everything can be used right away.

However, the Serum presets do need to be "installed" or rather placed in a specific folder. But it's quick. A full step-by-step "How to install" PDF file is included in the download if you've never done this before.

We used Serum version 1.368 when creating the presets for ASHES. That or any newer version will work.

If you have doubts about which version of Serum you're currently rocking, just hit the "Menu" button in Serum and click "Check for Updates...". It'll tell you which version you're on and if a new one is available.

Everything in ASHES except for the project files is 100% royalty-free!

So you can freely use the Serum presets, samples, and loops in your productions for various commercial purposes. Whether you are producing the soundtrack for a video game or your own music for distribution on streaming platforms, you can do it.

The project files are the only exception since they are meant for educational purposes only. The projects in ASHES are remakes from several Illenium tracks and therefore contain melodies that we do not own. That's why the project files are strictly for educational purposes only.

ASHES is a rework of our older pack, Illenium Edition. If you previously purchased the Illenium Edition pack, you're eligible for an upgrade discount on ASHES.

To upgrade, simply log into your Stickz account—the one you used to buy the Illenium Edition pack. The upgrade discount will be calculated automatically, and the discounted price for ASHES will be displayed.

Upgrading won't cause you to lose access to your old pack. It's purely a discount on the new pack, so you can continue using the Illenium Edition pack alongside ASHES.
