Almost all major currencies are accepted. For accounting purposes, we will always charge you in EUR. However, if your bank uses another currency or you have funds in another currency within your PayPal account, it won't be an issue. Both PayPal and our credit card payment processor will convert your currency into EUR. Just take currency conversion rates into account.

Since we're located in the EU, we only charge EU customers Value Added Tax. The VAT rate gets adequately adjusted based on the billing country you provide during checkout. However, we do not add the calculated tax on top of the original product price. All product prices always include VAT so that customers within the EU do not have to pay more than customers outside the EU. On our checkout page, we automatically adjust the net product prices based on your adequate VAT rate so that the net price, together with the tax amount, perfectly sums up to the advertised price on the product page.

Yes, we offer special pricing for students and teachers. If you think you qualify, feel free to reach out to us at support@stickz.co with your education documents for verification. A document with an expiry date, like a student ID card, is recommended.

Additionally, credit and debit card payments will be secured through the 3D secure procedure. When it comes to your card details, we do not and cannot store any credit card info since we never have access to it ourselves. All purchases are handled through our very secure third-party payment gateways — Stripe for credit and debit card payments and PayPal for PayPal payments.
