Frequent Questions & Issues
You can find the minimum version number required to open our soundbanks on every product page. That version number always represents the version number that was used when creating that soundbank. However, we encourage you to keep your plugins up-to-date to ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes, just like we do. If you run the latest version of Sylenth1 and Serum, you won't run into any compatibility issues with our soundbanks.
We support most of our project files for three different DAW's, and each DAW handles updates and version compatibility differently. We recommend you keep your DAW up-to-date, just like we do. This will ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes and guarantee that our project files run without any issues. Sometimes you may be able to use an older version of your DAW than the one we recommend on our product pages. However, we do not recommend this since you may run into stability issues, or the project files may not open at all.
We do not offer free trials for our premium products. Instead, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We wholeheartedly believe in the products we sell and are incredibly proud of them. No, they are not. All presets, loops, and samples used within our project files are 100% royalty-free; however, the project file itself is not. Each project file contains original chords and melodies that are our intellectual property. Any unauthorized use of our own original melodies is copyright infringement of our intellectual property. We wholeheartedly believe in every product we sell, and we think that every producer can get something valuable out of them. Although we try to make every pack as versatile as possible, we understand that not every product will work for everyone. In that case, we don't want to clog up your sound library with more sounds that you will never touch. Instead, we would like you to get your money back and allow you to invest that money into your music career elsewhere. To request a refund, contact us at support@stickz.co. Make sure to include your order number in the email. Also, make sure that you've read through our refund policy beforehand to ensure that you are eligible for a refund.
As soon as you complete the checkout process, we automatically redirect you to your order summary page, where you can download your purchased products right away. Additionally, you can access your product downloads at any time through the account downloads page on our website.
We accept most credit and debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, we also take payments through PayPal.
Due to accounting purposes, we are currently only able to accept payments in EUR. However, this doesn't mean that you can't purchase something from us if you use another currency. Our payment processors convert your currency into EUR for you. Just make sure that you take currency conversion rates into account. For example, if your order total is €20, but your bank uses USD, you'll be charged around $24 (+/- $1 depending on the current conversion rate). This applies to all other currencies, not just USD.
Since we're located in the EU, we only charge EU customers Value Added Tax. The VAT rate gets adequately adjusted based on the country you enter within your billing address. However, note that we do not add the tax amount on top of the original product price. All product prices always include VAT so that customers within the EU do not have to pay more than customers outside the EU. On our checkout page, we automatically adjust the net product prices based on your adequate VAT rate so that the net price, together with the tax amount, perfectly sums up to the advertised price on the product page.

If one of your products should ever get lost, head over to the product downloads page. You can download all of your purchased products there. We do not limit the number of times you can re-download purchases.
Since an account on our site is only used to manage orders and product downloads, you can not voluntarily create an account. Once you purchase a product on our site, we will automatically create an account for you with the email address provided at checkout.
If you have trouble accessing your account, you can reset your account password through our password recovery page. Enter your account email into the recovery form to receive a recovery link to set up a brand new password.
If you have multiple email addresses, try another one that you may have used during checkout. Alternatively, you may have misspelled your email address that we used to create your account. In that case, please send us an email to support@stickz.co with one of your order numbers. We can use that number to recover your account.
