As an account on our site is only used to manage orders and product downloads, you can't create an account without purchasing something. If you buy something on our site, you'll be asked to enter an email into the checkout form. We use that email to create an account for you automatically.
If you can't remember your password anymore, you can reset it by visiting our password recovery page here. You'll need to enter your current account email into the recovery form. After just a few minutes, you'll receive an email with a link to set up a brand new password.
If you can't remember your email address anymore, send us an email to email@example.com with one of your order numbers. We can use that number to check which account email is associated with it.
Once you log into your account, open the account menu (Desktop: Account icon in the header / Mobile: Hamburger menu in the header) and click on the 'Edit Account' option. You'll get redirected to your account settings which allow you to modify your password, email, and other account details easily.
There could be a few reasons why you're getting this error. The most common one is that you simply did not use that specific email address to create an account on our site. If you have multiple email addresses, we would recommend checking if the other ones work. Another more severe reason could be that you accidentally misspelled your email while creating your account. In that case, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
You can, at any time, delete your account and all data associated with it from our website. Log into your account and click on the "Edit Account" account-menu option. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a "Delete Account" button to erase your account. Note: Once you delete your account, it'll be gone forever. Any purchases you made using that account and the product downloads associated with those purchases will likewise be gone. We won't be able to restore any deleted accounts.
