Price Changes

Stickz may, at any time, change or alter the price of its products. Stickz does not offer refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offers.

Digital Delivery

All orders placed on the Stickz website are delivered digitally via the internet. They are not sent via post or delivered to the customer as tangible goods.

Taxes

If applicable, EU customers are charged the EU VAT. The tax rate will be calculated according to the user’s billing address at checkout. If you live outside the EU, you are responsible for paying any governmental taxes that may be imposed on your purchase.

Stickz is proud of their products and believes anyone can get something valuable from them. However, on the other hand, Stickz understands that not every product may work for every producer. What Stickz values the most is the satisfaction of the customer. That’s why Stickz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Please note that the following restrictions apply at all times:
• Stickz only offers one refund per customer for only one product.
• Stickz does not provide full refunds for bulk orders. If you purchase multiple products within one order, you can only return one product.
• If a purchased product is not working due to pirated/cracked software, Stickz will not provide any support or refunds.

Once Stickz successfully refunds a product, you lose access to the royalty-free license. This means you no longer have permission to use that product for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Since Stickz only sells digital products, the cooling-off rights that would typically apply to UK and EU users hereby do not apply to the Stickz online shop. You explicitly agree that Stickz continues with the execution of the contract before the expiration of the revocation period (typically 14-days). You hereby also declare you are aware of the fact that you lose your right of revocation with this agreement. The only withdrawal/return policy affecting the Stickz online shop is the 30-day money-back guarantee with the abovementioned restrictions.

If you want to submit a refund request, please send an email to the email address below. Ensure that you include your order number in the email. Although not mandatory, you can also let Stickz know why you’re returning the product and help Stickz improve future products. Stickz usually processes your refund request in under 24 hours.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Stickz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential loss, liability, or damages arising under these terms and conditions or license agreement or in connection with the Stickz website. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort, or any other claim. The user hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Stickz website.

Acceptance

By using the Stickz website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stickz and its directors, employees, third-party content providers, designers, licensors, or the like from any losses, claims, demands, causes of actions, and judgments, including legal fees and court costs which may arise from any content, merchandise or services available through the Stickz website.
